-- Eight-division world champion boxer Manny Pacquaio arrived in Baguio City Tuesday night to begin his training for his upcoming fight against Timothy Bradley.
Pacquiao, the reigning WBO Welterweight Champion, is accompanied by his coach Freddie Roach and his trainer Buboy Fernandez.
Pacquaio is set to undergo a rigorous training to cover more styles and techniques. He is expected to be in top shape after the workout.
Roach had said in an interview with Bleacher Report that Bradley is “rough and dangerous.” He had also expressed concerns over Bradley’s reputation of being a “dirty fighter.”
Bradley, currently the WBO Light Welterweight Champion, bagged the fight against Pacquaio when negotiations for a possible fight between the Filipino ring icon and Floyd Mayweather Jr. had failed.
